Join Us! ​ Joining a GB company or an IFG unit is a great way for your daughter to make friends, and to enjoy activities that challenge girls, nurturing their growth in a safe and supportive environment. Each GB company has its own version of the GB uniform, consisting often of a white polo and navy blue shorts or skirts, ask your local company what is expected. ​ Each IFG unit has their own uniform too. We have two programmes to choose from: Both have: *Training for leaders - to start, and to keep going *Resources & plans for weekly & special activities *Opportunities for girls at area, national and international events *Fellowship & support for leaders in your church, in your area, and nationally *Enhance your ministry through partnership with a respected national and international movement

Our leaders are quality volunteers who serve because they love to nurture in girls the skills, faith and experiences that will empower them to succeed in tomorrow's world. Selected by their Company or Unit in consultation with the church because of their skills, faith and character, leaders must complete initial and ongoing training. All leaders are Police Vetted, and registered with our National Support Centre where ongoing training is monitored. Fellowship and guidance through tried and tested structures ensure every leader has support and oversight. ​ Leaders with appropriate training and certification are present to provide first-aid, outdoor safety, mountain safety, and care relevant to every activity. Leaders implement risk assessment and management systems and at all times prioritise the safety of girls.
